This post shows you some exercises you can use to design your strength conditioning routine. The routine consists of doing 9 exercises at least 12 metres each. Choose them carefully and make sure you can perform them. You can draw them in handout number 20 "improving your core&arms strength".
You should master, master means doing the exercises very very well, at least 9 different exercises and you should be able to perform them during the lessons in april. You can practice them at home, record yourself doing them and try to improve your flow during this 15 days. 15 minutes every 2 days will be enough for reaching this goal. Wash your hands immediately after!!
