The Dot Drill not only warms-up
your muscles but it also increases your agility.
The Dot Drill will be hard at
first. It is tiring and you may appear clumsy. However if you will do it six
times a week, in a very short time, improvement will come rapidly. You can have
quick feet in a month or two.
STAGE 1: Deadline 29th january
Each student should set two goals.

The first goal is to do the Dot Drill 6 times per week and the second goal should be to increase speed when doing the complete drill.
You will be working in teams of 4
people. If your group work hard you will have good results. We will finish this unit of work before january 29th.

The goal is to be faster than in the first stage.
Make sure your teammates and you share the same goal.
Your mark in this activity will be calculated like this: Individual mark+Team mark.
INDIVIDUAL MARK
4 points if you are faster than 120 seconds.
6 points if you are faster than 78 seconds.
8 points if you are faster than 60 seconds.
TEAM MARK
2 points if your team handed over the worksheet in time and with 0 mistakes.
1 point if everybody in your team is faster than 78 seconds.
Every mistake will have a penalty of 1/2 a second.
